Contract/Interim CFO
If Eros Consulting works with you to complete a business plan, or fix very sensitive financial situations, you may want to higher Eros Consulting to help execute the business plan or strategy on a short to mid term contract and make us a part of the management team. Making us a part of the management team often takes the form of a short to mid-term employment contract as interim CFO or controller position and is usually a 25 hour to 40 hour commitment.
