By becoming a temporary part of your management team we enable your current management team to continue on with regular operations while we deal with the critical issues required to ensure profitability and appropriately capitalize your company,

Eros Consulting has the professional judgement to be able to call in specialists when needed. We do not claim to know everything or be able to solve everything by ourselves. We know that we live in a complex legal and financial world. There are lawyers, accountants, financial experts of all sorts, MBAs and more that can be called upon for specialized tasks. Far be it from us to claim to be able to master all the disciplines!

Q?Does Eros Consulting do broker work?

No. We do however provide clients and brokers with borrowing services and products such as business profiles, underwriting, cash flow projections, and company forecasts and projections. In complex situations where time is of the essence, we can take over and manage the entire borrowing process for quicker turnaround times.
